Helping Hands 2013

To volunteer for Helping Hands 2013 please fill out the Volunteer information below. Please provide your contact information, the number of your family or group who will be volunteering, the type of work, any projects you are interested particpating in and particular skills you have that may be helpful in succesfully completing this project.

Additionally, in order to volunteer, each of the following PDF forms should be completed and signed by each participant. The signed PDF forms must be brought on the day of the Helping Hands service event or previously provided to your Organization's Helping Hands representative in order to participate.
Start time for all projects, at all parks will be 8:00am. Please arrive at 7:30am for check-in.

VOLUNTEER COUNT:
Please indicate the number of individuals from your family (including yourself) that will be paticpating in the Helping Hands Project. Volunteers must be at least five(5) years old.

PLEASE report the total only once for your family or group. If you need to register for different work types or projects, then register individually.
